Are you looking for effective ways to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate more joy in your daily life? The International School of Mindfulness invites you to attend an upcoming information session to learn how our mindfulness-based programs can empower you. In this session, you will discover: • The science-backed benefits of mindfulness practice for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing • An overview of our diverse course offerings, from introductory mindfulness to specialised programs • How you can get started on a personalised mindfulness journey at ISoM • Have a chance to ask questions Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this information session will provide you with the knowledge and inspiration to begin or enhance your path of self-discovery and growth. The online information session runs 7-8:30pm on 2 September 2024. This is a free event, but registration is required.
