Service Description

The Absolute Beginners course shows you how to see the present circumstances of your life with clarity and freedom and open your heart to the wonderment of life. It offers practical skills to reset and reconnect as you go about your day. This three-session course, both online and in-person, is designed to introduce you to the foundations of a mindfulness meditation practice. It is available upon request, anytime for private classes, individuals or groups. For twenty minutes, ISoM guides you on a journey inward and together. We explore how to be patient with the mind and lean in to the power of our breath. In the stillness comes our greatest wisdom as we learn to be guided by the pure voice of our heart. The key to optimal wellbeing lies within us all, we just need to create the time and space to find it. Once obtained we unlock unimaginable joy and clarity that you have the power to access at any time. Contents and overview Session 1: Exploring postures, body sensations and the breath Session 2: Awareness Meditation Session 3: Wandering mind and common hurdles Meditation is a simple practice which can reduce stress and increase calmness. Our courses are teacher-led, online and in-person. We offer basic tips to get you started on a path toward greater balance and joy. Take a deep breath and get ready to relax.
