Service Description

MBSR is the original 8-week mindfulness course founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at The University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979. It is held in a group setting, with teacher-guided instruction of formal and informal mindfulness practices in order to cultivate awareness of the ways that the mind and body connect for health and well-being. This program is being co-taught by Nadine Anderson and Angie Bucu. We offer a 20% discount for registrations before Monday September 25th. / 8 x Weekly Sessions (2.5 hours each) on Thursday evenings from 5th October 2023, that includes workbook, handouts and audio recordings. / 1 Day Retreat (7 hours) Sunday 12th November 2023, is a program included as part of the course curriculum. / Home guided Meditation Practice for 30-45 minutes daily throughout the course.
