Our trained facilitators will come to your office or workspace and guide your team through a mindful eating session during the lunch hour. The session begins with a brief introduction to the principles of mindful eating. Participants are encouraged to slow down, put aside distractions, and bring full awareness to the taste, textures, and sensations of their food. The facilitator leads simple breathing exercises and invites everyone to eat in silence for a period, focusing solely on the experience of nourishing their bodies. The entire session lasts around 45-60 minutes, leaving ample time for your team to enjoy the rest of their lunch break. Many workplaces find these mindful lunch experiences to be a wonderful way to build community, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing.
