A 3-week online mindfulness course for anxiety, offering tools to calm the nervous system.

7:30–8:15pm Wednesday's 10th, 17th, 24th June 2026 A gentle, practical approach to calming anxiety, regulating the nervous system, and learning a different way of meeting anxious thoughts and feelings. Anxiety can feel like being caught in constant movement—racing thoughts, a tight chest, a sense of urgency that doesn’t quite settle. This online mindfulness course for anxiety is an invitation into something different. Not fixing. Not forcing calm. But beginning to settle, soften, and respond with more awareness and ease. Through simple, guided practices, you’ll be introduced to ways of calming the nervous system, steadying the breath, and relating differently to anxious thoughts—in a way that feels grounded and sustainable in daily life. What This Course Offers Over three weeks, we will gently explore: • Arriving into the body, noticing where anxiety is being held • Steadying the breath to support nervous system regulation • Observing anxious thoughts, rather than being pulled into them • Creating space between feeling and reacting • Returning to a sense of calm in ways that feel natural and supportive Each session is live, softly guided, and rooted in practical mindfulness for anxiety and stress. Course Structure Week 1 — Arriving & Settling Beginning with the body Arriving into physical awareness, noticing tension, and gently settling the breath. Practising: grounding, simple breath awareness, calming techniques for anxiety Week 2 — Noticing & Allowing Meeting thoughts with more space Becoming aware of thinking patterns, softening the habit of overthinking, and allowing thoughts to come and go. Practising: observing thoughts, anchoring attention, returning gently Week 3 — Pausing & Responding Creating space in daily life Recognising moments of reactivity, pausing before responding, and bringing steadiness into everyday situations. Practising: pausing, responding with awareness, integrating mindfulness into daily life What You’ll Receive • 3 live online mindfulness sessions (45 minutes each) • Guided practices for calming anxiety (8–10 minutes) • Simple reflections to support awareness (optional) If this feels supportive for where you are right now, you’re very welcome to join us.
