Service Description
You are warmly invited to our free online community drop-in: a nourishing 30-minute mindfulness and sleep practice held each Monday evening from 9.00 to 9.30pm, beginning 1st September. This gentle and spacious offering provides a restful close to the day – an opportunity to slow down, settle the nervous system, and prepare the body and mind for sleep. Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or have a well-established practice, you are most welcome. Each session includes simple, soothing mindfulness practices alongside restful poetry, calming stories, and reflections to ease you into a place of stillness. Together, we create a supportive and kind virtual space to pause, breathe, and be – just as you are. Let Mindful Mondays become a quiet anchor in your week – a time to return to yourself and gently prepare for a more restful night’s sleep. Joining this community offers a steady rhythm of care and connection, gently supporting your well-being week by week. There’s no pressure to speak or share – simply come along and rest in the presence of others who value quiet, compassionate awareness.
