Mindfulness for Cancer: A 3-Session Course Saturday's 13th, 20th & 27th September 2025 3PM-4.30PM, Causeway Bay This gentle, 3-session course offers a supportive space to explore how mindfulness can help you navigate the challenges of cancer – whether you're in treatment or adjusting to life after it. Together, we will learn simple, grounding mindfulness practices to help steady the mind, ease anxiety, and soften the grip of worry. There will be time for reflection, shared experience, and guided meditations designed to support your wellbeing – physically, emotionally, and mentally. Each 90-minute session invites a sense of kindness towards ourselves, and a way of meeting whatever is here, moment by moment, with awareness and care.
