Mindfulness for Cancer care
ISoM is connecting with the Maggie’s Cancer Care Centre HK community and sustaining a weekly mindfulness meditation practice. Inspired by the essential principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction), each session includes guided mindfulness meditation practice, mindful movement, Loving Kindness, and personal reflection. ISoM supports cancer patients and their caregivers.
