One-to-One Mindfulness Sessions Mindfulness invites us to come closer to our experience with curiosity and kindness. In a one-to-one setting, you have the chance to explore this more personally, with practices and guidance shaped around your own needs and circumstances. Meeting regularly with a teacher can bring steadiness and support, offering structure when home practice might slip away. These sessions create space for encouragement, reflection, and the gentle accountability that helps a practice deepen over time. The rhythm is flexible - weekly, fortnightly, or less often as things unfold. What matters is finding a pattern that feels both supportive and sustainable. Sessions are available online and in person. Please note that in-person sessions are charged at a different rate.
