Saturday 28th June & Saturday 5th July 3pm - 4pm HKT Join us for a two-session workshop designed for practitioners and health care workers who want to incorporate mindfulness into their professional practice and personal lives. This workshop offers a supportive environment to learn and share effective mindfulness techniques that can support yourself and clients. Session 1: Understanding Mindfulness In our first session, you will explore the fundamentals of mindfulness, including its benefits for both practitioners and clients. We will cover: • The principles of mindfulness • Techniques for cultivating mindfulness in daily practice • Group discussions on challenges and successes in implementing mindfulness Session 2: Practical Applications The second session will focus on practical mindfulness exercises that participants can introduce to clients and patients. Key components include: • Simple mindfulness practices • Strategies for integrating mindfulness into therapeutic sessions • Self-care techniques to maintain personal well-being By the end of this workshop, participants will be equipped with mindfulness skills that can be readily shared with clients. We will provide mindfulness meditation scripts for the shorter practices to support participants in applying what they learn during the workshop. This workshop is held online HKT
