For over 25 years, Nadine has embraced Meditation and Yoga as essential practice to support her wellbeing. She believes in living her life whole heartedly, turning every action into a form of mediation.
Nadine has travelled the world extensively immersing herself in foreign cultures, learning and observing the practice of some of her greatest teachers.
